A vibrant stay with a twist

The staff, and the room was spacious and clean. The view from our window was a good surprise, especially at sunset.

The dining experience fell short. The bar food was tasty but quite pricey for the portion sizes. Parking was also a bit of a maze.

Spacious room, clean, well-kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Not much parking, very tight spots. Ideal base for fishing and hiking activities nearby.

Staff were very amiable, room was good sized with a view. Coffee, a kettle and an iron were there too. The hotel's location was excellent and ideal, just next door to other pubs and clubs, and the beer garden and underground garage.

    communal areas
    locally caught fish
    tight parking
    dated room
    limited dining options

The cozy communal areas provided a cute atmosphere to unwind after a long journey. Enjoying a meal with locally caught fish was a culinary highlight, showcasing the hotel's dedication to quality. The tight parking situation posed a challenge, especially for larger vehicles. The room, while clean and spacious, appeared somewhat dated, needing a refresh to elevate the experience further. Late night access was seamless, thanks to the prompt night reception service.

It was well priced and lovely hotel with very good friendly staff. They where also very helpful. My second time staying here and definitly return thanks

I would never stay in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel because of the street noise. Awake most of the night with it... The breakfast was also poor especially the Full Irish which was greasy ans the bacon was just pieces of fat which is a pity because it took the gloss of our wonderful stay.

A brilliant hotel with a huge variety of light rooms to relax in. Lovely beds, tea/coffee making equipment, ironing facilities and a work desk in the room...

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very well laid out. The location was good.

I did have a few complaints about the Hotel and spoke to the receptionist on duty on Thursday 29th and she took my phone number and said the Manager would ring me but I am still waiting for him to ring and it is now the 2nd of Jan. If you want people to recommend the Hotel you also have to be prepared to accept complaints.

    Friendly staff make it tolerable

We stayed just for one night, and honestly, the staff really made it better. They were super friendly and helpful. The room itself-basic and a bit outdated-did the job for us. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a bit of a nightmare, so that's worth thinking about.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a lovely, warm feel to it.. Excellent value for money.

The room was a bit noisy, requested a quite room as had our baby with us, but couldhear music from downstairs and an air conditioning unit.. Was not too bad, but was glad we were not staying at the weekend, where there is live music on, as would be worried about the noise level.. Would not put me off going again, would just bring some ear plugs.
